<p><strong>The National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) recommends a Multiple Entry and Exit System (MEES) in Indian higher education to replace the long criticised “all or nothing” degree pathway. MEES, buttressed by the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC), allows learners collect, bank, and later redeem credits toward a certificate (after Year 1), diploma (Year 2), bachelor’s degree (Year 3) or bachelor’s degree with research (Year 4). This paper synthesises policy documents, regulatory guidelines and recent empirical literature to examine the expected benefits and implementation challenges of MEES. Though, MEES promises to democratise access, curb dropout rates and promote lifelong learning, it also demands a drastic redesign of curricula, robust student support ecosystems, and a carefully regulated credit transfer and fee framework. Pragmatic solutions—such as scaffolded employability skills in early exit credentials, digital credit ledgers, and capacity building for faculty advisors—are proposed to maximise the reform’s impact.</strong></p>Dr. Rakesh Bharti

<p><strong>The advancement of real-time cardiac monitoring systems has become vital for proactive healthcare, especially in patients relying on pacemakers. Detecting anomalies in pacemaker signal patterns can serve as an early indicator of arrhythmias, device malfunction, or abnormal physiological changes. This review investigates the role of One-Class Support Vector Machine (OC-SVM) in identifying such anomalies with high sensitivity and minimal false positives. Unlike traditional supervised models that require extensive labeled datasets, OC-SVM offers a robust solution by modeling only the normal behavior and flagging deviations as potential anomalies. This paper surveys recent literature, compares performance metrics, and highlights the integration of OC-SVM with signal preprocessing, feature extraction, and edge-based deployment. <p>Investigating the impact of changing solar air design absorber plates applying CFD modeling software isthe goal of the <br>current research article. This paper compares various velocity circumstances with an upgraded design of solar air heater <br>after simulating a basic solar air heater for a whole year. This research also undergoes experimental validation. This study <br>makes use of Ansys Fluent software. All field tests are carried out in Jaipur. Compared to a simple solar air heater, an <br>improved design solar air heater exhibits a 20% efficiency improvement. <p>केन्द्रीय और क्षेत्रीय सरकारों में शक्ति के केेन्द्र के आधार पर विश्व की राजनीतिक प्रणालियों का विभाजन के मुख्यतः संघीय और एकात्मक शासन प्रतिमानों के रूप में किया गया है। एकात्मक शासन प्रतिमान में शासन की शक्तियों का केन्द्र एक सर्वोच्च शक्ति के हाथ में होता है। संघीय शासन प्रतिमान में शासन की शक्तियों का बंटवारा सन्तुलित रूप से केन्द्र व राज्यों के मध्य होता है। इन शक्तियों का विभाजन संविधान के अनुसार होता है। संविधान में लिखित शक्तियां ही केन्द्र और राज्यों को शक्ति प्रदान करती है। संघीय शासन व्यवस्था के लिए एक लिखित कठोर संविधान की आवश्यकता होती है और साथ ही स्वतन्त्र व निष्पक्ष न्यायालयों की भी।</p>विजय जांगिड, डाॅ. सीमा हटीला
