There are three outcomes that occur when an organisation possesses a robust culture: Employees are aware of how top management expects them to react to any given circumstance, employees are convinced that the appropriate reaction is the one that is expected of them, and employees are aware that they will be rewarded for proving that they uphold the organization's core principles.
