Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in Human Resource Management (HRM), fundamentally reshaping traditional human resource functions through automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making. The present study examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Human Resource Management practices, with particular emphasis on recruitment and selection, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, workforce planning, and talent retention. AI-powered technologies, including machine learning algorithms, chatbots, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, have
enabled organizations to improve operational efficiency, reduce recruitment time, enhance employee experiences, and facilitate data-driven HR decisions. Despite these benefits, the increasing adoption of AI also raises critical concerns regarding algorithmic bias, data privacy, ethical governance, transparency, and the changing role of HR professionals.
