Abstract

Caregivers of children with neurodevelopmental disorders often experience substantial psychological burden due to
prolonged caregiving demands, social stigma, and limited support systems. Psychological distress, comprising
depression, anxiety, and stress, is commonly reported among caregivers of children with Intellectual Disability (ID)
